1Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

2Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the tk688 Platform in any capacity — including browsing as a guest, registering an Account, making a deposit, or placing any Wager — you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation.

These Terms apply alongside the tk688 Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific promotion or bonus terms published on the Platform from time to time. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotional term and these Terms, the specific promotional term shall prevail for that promotion only.

3 Eligibility & Age Verification

• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of any employee of tk688 or any of its affiliated technology or payment partners.
• You are not located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly prohibited by applicable law. Players are solely responsible for determining the legality of online gambling in their own jurisdiction before registering.

Age Verification Procedure

tk688 applies a mandatory KYC verification process before processing any withdrawal request. As part of this process, Players are required to submit a copy of a valid government-issued identification document — including a National Identity Document (NID) — together with any additional supporting documentation reasonably requested by the Platform's compliance team. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by the compliance team may have their withdrawal requests suspended pending successful verification.

Where tk688 has reasonable grounds to suspect that a Player is under the age of 18, the Platform reserves the right to suspend the Account, freeze any Balance, and withhold any pending withdrawals pending the outcome of an age verification review. Any funds wagered by a person subsequently confirmed to be under 18 will not be returned.

4Account Registration

To access the full range of tk688 services — including real-money wagering, deposits, and withdrawals — you must register a personal Account. The following conditions apply to the registration and maintenance of a tk688 Account:

One Account Per Player

Each Player is permitted to hold exactly one Account on the tk688 Platform. The creation of multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, devices, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate Account termination and forfeiture of any Balance or Bonus Funds held across all associated Accounts.

Accuracy of Registration Information

You are required to provide accurate, truthful, and complete information at the time of registration, including your legal full name, date of birth, and valid contact details. You must promptly update your Account information if any of these details change. Providing false or misleading information during registration, or subsequently, constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension or termination.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or OTP verification codes with any third party. tk688 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account where such access results from your failure to maintain appropriate credential security. If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact [email protected] immediately.

Account Currency

All tk688 Accounts operate in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, symbol ৳). All displayed balances, deposit amounts, withdrawal amounts, bonus values, and wagering requirements are denominated in BDT unless explicitly stated otherwise for a specific promotion.

5Deposits & Withdrawals

Supported Payment Methods

• Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are processed in real time. Card deposits via Visa or Mastercard may take up to 30 minutes to reflect in your Account Balance, subject to issuing bank processing times.
• All deposits must originate from a payment account or card registered in the Player's own legal name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• tk688 does not charge any fee on deposits. Any fees levied by your Mobile Banking Channel provider or card issuer are the sole responsibility of the Player.

Withdrawal Conditions

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment channel used for the Player's most recent deposit, subject to the compliance team's discretion in the event of a dispute or security concern.
• All withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. Requests submitted by Players who have not completed KYC will be held pending successful verification.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is within 24 hours of approval by the tk688 payments team, subject to the operating hours and processing speeds of the relevant Mobile Banking Channel.
• tk688 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal it considers to be of an unusual size or pattern relative to the Player's historical activity.
• Any balance arising from suspected fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms may be withheld pending investigation and may be forfeited in full if the investigation concludes that a breach occurred.

6Bonuses & Promotions

tk688 offers a range of promotional offers, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, and VIP Club rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each individual promotion, as well as the general conditions set out in this section.

General Bonus Conditions

• All bonus offers are available to eligible Players aged 18 and above who have a fully verified tk688 Account, unless a specific promotion expressly states otherwise.
• Bonus Funds and any winnings generated from Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements. The applicable wagering requirement for each promotion is stated in that promotion's specific terms. Unless otherwise specified, the default wagering requirement is 30x the bonus amount.
• Bonus Funds cannot be withdrawn directly. Only funds remaining in your real-money Balance after satisfying all applicable wagering requirements are eligible for withdrawal.

• Each promotion is available once per Player, per household, per IP address, and per device, unless the promotion's specific terms explicitly state otherwise.

VIP Club Rewards

Players who qualify for the tk688 VIP Club programme receive enhanced cashback rates, priority withdrawal processing, dedicated account management, and exclusive seasonal promotions. VIP Club membership is awarded at tk688's sole discretion based on Player activity levels and is subject to the specific VIP Club terms published at /vip-club.

7Betting & Gaming Rules

The following general rules apply to all wagering activity conducted on the tk688 Platform. Sport-specific and game-specific rules are published in the relevant section of the Platform and are incorporated by reference into these Terms.

Sportsbook

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed by the Player. tk688 is not responsible for price errors resulting from obvious technical malfunction; in such cases, bets will be settled at the correct price or voided at the Platform's discretion.
• In-play bets on cricket, football, kabaddi, and other supported sports are accepted at prevailing live odds. Once an in-play bet is accepted and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled by the Player.
• tk688 reserves the right to void any bet placed after the conclusion of the relevant event or after the outcome is already known to the Platform, including bets placed by exploiting delayed data feeds.

Casino Games

• All casino game outcomes are determined by certified random number generator (RNG) software operated by the respective game providers, including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Spribe, NetEnt, and Microgaming. tk688 does not alter or influence game outcomes.
• Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages represent theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee any specific outcome for any individual session or wager.

8Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the tk688 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension or termination, forfeiture of Balance and Bonus Funds, and where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account, or assisting another person in registering a duplicate Account.

• Using another person's identity, payment credentials, or Account.

• Using automated bots, scripts, or any form of artificial intelligence to place bets, make decisions, or interact with the Platform in a manner not consistent with genuine human gameplay.
• Colluding with other Players to manipulate the outcome of any game or bet, including through chip dumping in poker or other card games.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise derive the source code of any part of the tk688 Platform.
• Engaging in any form of bonus abuse, including systematic wagering strategies designed to extract value from promotional offers without genuine gameplay intent.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is expressly prohibited by applicable law.

9Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the tk688 Platform — including but not limited to the tk688 brand name, logo, trade dress, website design, software, code, game interfaces, graphics, text, data compilations, and all other platform content — are owned by or licensed to tk688. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership of intellectual property rights to the Player.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for their own personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not extend to copying, reproducing, distributing, publicly displaying, modifying, or creating derivative works from any part of the Platform or its content without the prior written consent of tk688.

Game content displayed on the tk688 Platform — including slot game assets, live dealer studio footage, and sports data feeds — is the intellectual property of the respective third-party game providers and data suppliers. tk688 makes no claim of ownership over such third-party content and the relevant providers retain all rights in their respective materials.

10Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, tk688's total aggregate liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with their use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount of real-money deposits made by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

tk688 shall not be liable, under any circumstances, for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damage, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, even if tk688 has been advised of the possibility of such losses.
• Any loss arising from the Player's reliance on information published on the Platform, including odds, statistics, or editorial content.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform's services for any reason, including scheduled maintenance, emergency downtime, or events beyond tk688's reasonable control (force majeure).
• Any loss arising from the Player's failure to comply with these Terms, including losses resulting from Account suspension for breach of the prohibited conduct provisions.
• Any loss arising from the Player's own gambling decisions, including individual game or bet outcomes.

11Privacy & Data

tk688 collects, stores, and processes personal data in connection with Account registration, KYC verification, payment processing, and platform operation. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. tk688 uses 256-bit SSL encryption across all Platform sessions to protect the transmission of personal and financial data. Player passwords are stored using industry-standard one-way hashing algorithms and are not accessible to tk688 staff.

12Responsible Gaming

13Termination

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, including but not limited to the prohibited conduct provisions in Section 8.
• Provision of false or misleading information at any point during Account registration or subsequent KYC processes.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct in connection with the Account.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the Account holder.
• Discovery that the Account holder does not meet the eligibility criteria set out in Section 3, including age eligibility.
• Compliance with a legal obligation, court order, or regulatory requirement.

Upon Account termination for cause, tk688 reserves the right to forfeit any Bonus Funds and, where fraud or breach is established, any real-money Balance held in the Account at the time of termination. Where termination occurs for reasons unconnected to Player breach or fraud, any verified real-money Balance will be returned to the Player via the payment channel on record, subject to the completion of all applicable KYC requirements.

Any verified real-money Balance will be returned via the Player's registered payment channel following successful KYC clearance.

14Amendments

tk688 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material amendment is made — including any change that affects Players' rights or obligations — tk688 will provide reasonable advance notice by publishing the updated Terms on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date, and where practicable, by notifying Players via their registered contact information.

It is the Player's responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of the current version. Continued use of the tk688 Platform following the publication of any updated Terms constitutes the Player's acceptance of those updated Terms. If a Player does not agree to any amendment, they should cease using the Platform and may request voluntary Account closure in accordance with Section 13.

15Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Players are solely responsible for ensuring that their access to and use of the tk688 Platform complies with all laws and regulations applicable in their jurisdiction, including those of Bangladesh. tk688 makes no representation that access to the Platform is lawful in all jurisdictions.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination — shall first be referred to the tk688 support team for attempted resolution through good-faith negotiation. Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties shall seek resolution through a mutually agreed alternative dispute resolution process.

Nothing in this section limits any rights you may have under applicable mandatory consumer protection legislation that cannot be contractually excluded.
